We believe that music, especially vocal music must be shared and so we strongly encourage each of our students to step into the spotlight regularly as part of their training. Besides an end of the semester recital, we offer various performance opportunities to our students through an association with The Wimberley Players, a local theatre organization.

Because good singing also means being able to communicate on many levels, music theatre productions and stage plays are excellent vehicles to continue the education process.
Each summer kids between 8 and 16 can participate in a three week music theatre boot camp and preset eight performances of a major musical. Enrollment is by auditions only.
Other opportunities involve NATS competitions at the high school/college level and local fund raisers needing entertainers.
The surrounding and local rotary clubs, Lions Clubs and Veterans of Foreign Wars groups also regularly book our seasoned amateurs for regular appearances.
Audition workshops and master classes are also excellent opportunities to hone performance skills, increase stage presence, microphone techniques, learn costume and wardrobe tips, eliminate stage fright and develop a personal style.
